S.r.f. has been active in the thermoplastics sector since 1970. Over the years, the company has operated across various production fields—from footwear to nautical applications—while consistently maintaining the same core philosophy: ongoing investment in research and development to deliver high-performance solutions that address real-world challenges.
Today, S.r.f. stands at the forefront of mechanical component manufacturing and assembly, positioning itself as a reliable partner for companies seeking precision and dependability.
Our operations are now focused on industrial markets, particularly—though not exclusively—in the bottling, packaging, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Starting from the customer’s design or project specifications, we are able to produce both individual components and assembled units, measured with a CMM machine and, when required, delivered in wooden crates with a photographic packing list. This flexibility sets us apart as one of the few companies capable of adapting to a wide range of client needs.
All individual parts undergo dimensional checks in advance, using specific bead-blasting techniques to verify tolerance ranges. Assemblies may consist entirely of plastic parts, a combination of stainless steel and plastic, or exclusively stainless steel components.
